This is the most popular tour in Miami and is an excellent way to see the City in a short space of time or to orient you for a longer stay. Your three hour tour will include various scheduled stops at selected landmarks.

You will see and learn about South Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Ocean Drive and Little Havana - a neighborhood and former census-designated place in the City of Miami, with many Cuban immigrant residents.

You will be taken along with some lesser-known areas like the Gianni Versace Mansion, Holocaust Memorial, Venetian Causeway, Vizcaya, Watson Island, Cartagena Plaza, Coral Gables Waterways, University of Miami, Biltmore Hotel, Venetian Pool, Miracle Miami, Calle Ocho, Old Cutler Road, and homes of celebrities such as Madonna and Sylvester Stallone. The bus stops several times during the tour. The first stop is at Fresh Market, from Bravo TV's "Top Chef" where you can grab a bite to eat. Our modern yachts offer the utmost in comfort and style. Each vessel features restrooms, an air-conditioned lower salon, enclosed in picture windows, as well as an upper-deck with an awning that will protect you from the sun and seasonal rain showers.

There will also be some time for shopping at Bayside. This stop is normally as little as 15minutes or up to one hour.

The itinerary is as follows, all times are approximate:

• The City Tour is a minimum of 3.5 hours starting from 10:00am.

• A 1:45pm to 2:45pm stop at Bayside Market, allows some time for shopping/eating at Bayside. This stop is normally as little as 15 minutes or up to one hour - ultimalty your time spent here will be determined by traffic flow.

• The Biscayne Bay Boat potion will begin at either 2:00pm or 3:00pm.

• Pickup from Bayside Market at either 3:45 or 4:45pm back to your hotel.

• 5:15pm Hotel Drop Offs begin.

• Free shuttle service is available from all Miami Beach hotels from 1 Collins Ave. to 4833 Collins Ave., including hotels in South Beach, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, and Brickell. If you're not staying near the departure points, we recommend that you meet at the Departure Location.

Handicap Accessibility:

• The vehicle is not wheelchair accessible. The Buses do not have a lift. Passengers in a wheelchair can be accommodated only if they can get on and off the vehicle on their own and if the wheelchair is small and foldable. The passenger must be able to walk up 3 stairs to board the bus. The driver is not permitted to assist handicapped persons due to insurance restrictions. An electric scooter cannot be accommodated. We require advance notice of those traveling with a foldable wheelchair in order to make suitable accommodations prior to pick up.

Luggage Restictions:

• The vehicle is not able to accommodate passengers with luggage, subsequently luggage may not be stowed on the vehicle at any time.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 48 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge for NO SHOWS. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
